Is this house cooked?
Done the first inspection and noticed underneath has a post majorly out of alignment but not moving, and one near the back corner that has a gap. Worried about the cracked cement too but it could just be a diy project from the previous owners.
Getting a house in my town is really hard and this is actually on the better end of available houses..at least I can't tell its not visibly sinking, but probably on a slant because one door did swing open if not closed properly
