Hi, I just want to share my experience. I bought the bike in 2024. After less than 1 year in 2025, my original silencer literally exploded, and almost took out a friend behind me. I'll share the photo. This was after a 300km ride. The cat was gone, and the long baffle inside too. Also got some cracks. Triumph replaced my exhaust and performed an ECU reset.
So why write a post here? My exhaust lately feels weird, I noticed the same thing before this event. The exhaust is getting louder.
So I'm now worried.
I laughed a lot the first time, but I also got scared because a 20 cm piece of metal flew behind me, luckily without any consequences.
I go heavy on the gas, but it shouldn't be like this, I believe. Should I be worried, or was it just a jinx?
