We got our cat spayed/vaccinated almost a month ago (2yo DMH, gotten off someone else unspayed/unvaccinated). Her scab just fell off a day or so ago and we went to check today and found this little red bubble right where her scab was. What took so long to fall off was this large scab (about ~1/2" diameter or less) that was stuck to the bottom of her incision. This little red dot is right where that was. Is this something bad or a part of that scabbing? She is also sneezing a lot and has a slight cough so I think she got sick while she was there, though, the odds of that being related is probably low.
