I’m looking for recommendations for apt. *building insurance (owner-occupier, inner Melbourne) and really not sure where to begin - given that body Corp covers most major issues beyond my walls, there’s not a huge amount needs to be covered imo. I guess fire/smoke damage, accidents, water leaks… Not too concerned about contents as the property is very secure.
