Dutch translators wanted to emphasize that Uncle Tom's cabin was no ordinary cabin

I have 16 Gb of RAM. Task manager tells me it has 23% percent in use. However, all the processes listed would not even add up to 2 Gb, so, less than 8%--closer to 4%. I wasn't even running a browser or any other app in Windows. CPU is at (practically) 0%. What's going on here? Is my RAM just filled up with useless stuff?
