Best stages for farming XP even for lower level ships?

I've been farming for the PR ships alot here lately and I know 11-1 11-2 and 12-4 are good stages but my northern parliament fleet isn't leveled up enough and up to spec to handle it quite yet, any other good stages for farming XP?
