I keep getting an error code 21013 when I try to start a project with my phone, but the error code doesn’t show up on the troubleshooting page.

But according to some facebook user, their cloud is down.

Is there any way to fix that or is it something that the company has to fix?

I am currently at work, and since I was having the problem with it after trying a few things, I just shut it down until I got home, so I can’t currently test anything out.
