Long Shot, But Why Do Textures in Diablo 4 Look Melted For Me?

So, this is probably not the biggest issue in the world, but as I am going through the game again with a friend, I would like it to look good. Unfortunately, for some reason, textures seem to just melt into one flat texture for my game, and character models look waxy even in cutscenes.

I thought it was 'normal', but then I watched my friend stream their playthrough of the prologue and saw that their game looked way better than mine. And, our settings were basically identical. The only difference was that they were playing at 1080p with DLSS on, and I have been playing on 4k without DLSS (I regularly get 150+ fps without it so never needed to turn it on).

So, I am genuinely confused as to why my game looks melted most of the time when all of my settings are set to High. I have a 3070Ti as my GPU alongside a Ryzen 5 5600x as my CPU, 16 gb ram as well.

Any help if possible would be appreciated.
