I’ve struggling with symptoms for more than 1 year…Start prescription last year(some abnormal CTE/colonoscopy)After 6 months, my GI said it cannot be Crohn’s so discontinued.

But symptoms appear again this year…However, MRE this year is normal, but FC is slightly high.

There are some weak indicators but can’t rule out or specifies a diagnosis. I am kind of confused. Could it be other reasons? Has anyone had abnormal colonoscopy/CT but later normal MRE, and turned out NOT to have IBD?
