At what level are you ripped out of Chromie Time?

I’m currently playing through some old Cataclysm zones, I’m level 70, and I thought I was safe till 80? I just got a pop-up quest for TWW Recap and it’s kinda freaked me out.

Dose anyone know for certain what lvl it cuts off? I’ve looked at some Blizzard forums but no one seems to know for certain.
