i have a small network. Is it possible to set up the network in a way that machines can only "connect" during office hours? or if they are allowed beyond office hours?

So right now we have machines who are connected and i have disabled key expiry on them because regularly having to sign in trusted devices is a pain but now i am having this issue that i want to allow a new device on the network but i do not want them to access company resources from home, till they are "trusted",.

is that possible? that during 11-5 weekdays the machine is able to connect to the network (without having to sign in, sign out) and outside of this, it wont work?
