Note that this is all pre-dlc, since each dlc changes the station, and either closes the holding cells, or populates it with their own npcs.
Got the "Sleeper Agent" achievement last night, where you need to arrest 15 suspects with less then 15 seconds passing between each arrest. I first made sure to make the bots wait outside, and then went in and made sure I closed every weapon cache, and then proceeded to just flashbang everyone I came across, very slowly herding them into the far right room, eventually making a big pile of fifteen guys out in the hallway (Since one asshole in a yellow scarf refused to move for some reason), and then just back-to-back arrested everyone. I can't see any other way to do this, and that was pretty dumb, not going to lie...
She just stands there, occasionally telling me to go fuck myself. Doesn't care if I beat her with my gun, or taze her, or anything. She has yet to actually pull out her pistol, so I guess that's something? But my finger is starting to get sore from non-stop hitting any combination of "f" and "b" for almost four minutes now, and I'm kind of out of ideas.
