Reptile Trading Cards!
For my final project of college I chose to make these reptile trading cards! There's 18 cards total each in a set of 3 for the continents of the world (not including Antarctica). Each set can be put together to form the full continuous illustration!
I tried to fit as much info as possible on the backs of the cards and I apologize if I got any info wrong. I'm an Illustration major so the research wasn't the important part I just wanted to since I love to learn and educate others on reptiles and enjoy going the extra mile :)
I haven't made an info card guide yet but they go as follows:
- Common/English Name
- Latin Name
- Size (in feet or inches)
- Lifespan (in years)
- Diet
- Range (Border color and range map colors each go to their own continent)
- Blue - Asia
- Red - North America
- Orange - Australia
- Yellow - Africa
- Green - South America
- Purple - Europe
- Fun Fact/Information Paragraph
- Extra:
- Colored dots represent the IUCN Conservation Status (Least Concern to Critically Endangered)
- Red V represents Venomous
- Green P represents Poisonous (not represented in this set)
Anyways I hope everyone enjoys I just wanted to share! I'm super proud of how they all came out and I plan to continue the project and make more individual cards in the future! If people are interested I might try and get them professionally printed/produced!
