I just had open bilateral carpal tunnel release six hours ago. So far the pain is achy and radiating through my inner forearm. All of my fingers are stiff and sore. The doctor said to elevate my hands above my heart. My question is, how are y’all sleeping post surgery to keep both hands elevated? for context i’m normally a side sleeper, but don’t mind sleeping on my back as well.
