His name is Gollum. He was so gorgeous, I can't find one that does him justice. I just had to put him down. He was my person, and I'm not doing well. I have PTSD, and now I don't have the support or help of my service cat, and I have flashbacks about him... that he's no longer here to help get me out of. I wanted to get a custom plush, but I'm afraid it will look too much like taxidermy, which is a trigger for me. Plus, those are so expensive.
I don't have much money because I can't work, but I need this. If anyone knows of a really, really similar looking stuffed animal, please let me know. Most important are his eyes, then body shape. Anything very expensive I can't afford, but at least I could maybe look for a used one. Even better if some of the proceeds go to black panthers or homeless cats, but I haven't been able to find anything like that myself.
