I’m ordering a custom set of Bauer Fuse pads. I’ve been thinking of getting a Slyd tune fit with a professor strap on my pads, instead of just Calf lock, cause i’ve heard that it was better for a more hybrid type of goalie. Not sure if that is true, but i heard that i can either way change out the Slyd tune fit to a Calf lock if i want to afterwards (correct me if I’m wrong).
When i went to check out the options, i found that i could only order a “Sewn in” (1st pic) one. Does that mean that i will not be able to remove the strap at all? Cause i am not sure if i want to order a professor strap then, cause i’m not familiar with it. I also saw that SV Pro offers a professor strap, but here it’s called “Stretch strap below knee” (2nd pic), which sounds more like a removable one.
