Hi,

Does anyone know something about a construction project called Triumph Commercial Center in Phnom Penh (Sangkat Russey Keo)? It was launched in 2019 by a Chinese company called Yunnan ShengMao Investment.

Since 2020 there is little to no news so I'm wondering if it's abandoned or not.
