Recent purchase Fel Temp Reparatio fallen horseman FH3 DN CONSTAN-TIVS -(*) I cant make out the mint mark- any ideas?

Hi I recently got this Elizabeth I sixpence 1572

Im not sure if i should be concerned about the pitting at the bottom the the bust? Will it get worse or anything I can do to stabilise it?
