Thoughts on Prune (new 4 star on nicole banner)

Seeing how good of a buff she provides for on field dps will she be good on flins team like a replacement of sucrose or something ?

I have never used or built kuki so I am looking to know how to build her. artifacts stats needed on her and how much of them and what talent i need to upgrade, what weapon should i use on her etc. ( i need healer for my nefer ). help me out pls
