I just read a recent post where someone mentioned that it was unfair we needed so fewer calories as smaller people. I feel that struggle in my bones lol. All I want is to eat icecream and rice and super savory chicken, but I know that my body requires less than 2K calories and they add up SO quickly. I feel like I can only eat the things I eat with strict control and/or expensive substitutions, otherwise I'll blow up like a balloon. The alternative is to spend (personally) like 9 hours in the gym a week. I know that's the way the game goes but it's so exasperating.
