Does anyone know where I can find the combat patrol rules for the new combat patrol? It obviously isn’t in the codex so I’m not sure where to look.

I got my friends into RoR2 recently, and they’re both having a blast. One problem has happened though. One of my friends has had two run where he’s unlocked all three captain skins in a god run with me, as well as one just now where he unlocked railgunner’s achievements and prime meridian skin. But in both runs he’s randomly completed multiple artifact trials. He hasn’t done anything to get them, hasn’t even found the codes or gone to the portal. But he randomly gets the achievements and then when he reopens the game it’s wiped that run. He lost all his progress on both Captain and railgunner because this has happened twice. If anyone can tell me why or how to fix it that would be awesome. We’re on PS5 version if that helps.
