A while ago I remember watching a YouTube video about a video game, and I've only just remember it and I'm trying to remember it. What reminded me of it is a video in the game Manhunt. IDK if that was relevant to the video I saw originally, but it could have been so I mentioned it regardless.

It was a video game about a bandaged man in a mental asylum who enters a dream land. I think there was a graveyard or pumpkin land, just some kind of halloween-y space. It was a 90s isometric game like Fallout.
