I’m not sure if this is the place to post this. I noticed a leak coming from underneath my 2009 Honda Accord (4 cylinder) while doing an oil change. Checked all other fluids. Transmission fluid was super low. Removed the guard panel and searcher around for where it could be coming from and found this spot on the passenger side CV axel coming out of the transmission. Is it safe to say the axel seal/ cab axel needs replacing? Is there any other area I might’ve missed that this leak could be coming from? I checked up too through the engine bay and everything seems clean up there. Any advice is much appreciated!

Pulled my e-brake up and heard a snap. Fished out the nut and bolt. Really hoping I can just replace the unit on the end of the cable without having to replace the entire cable itself. Am I cooked and need to replace the entire length of the cable or can I fix this?
