So I went onto Kia’s update site, clicked Sportage -> 2021 -> audio only or whatever. Anyways, I downloaded the file, unzipped into my usb drive. I then plugged it into my Kia and instantly it says No media files found which is fine, no music files etc on it. I then click update and it says insert the device that contains the files, which it is plugged in already.

Anyone know or can explain what’s going on or what I can do. I’ve tried FAT32 and exFAT for formats, the update file is named “ql21” but my version is “qlpe” if that means anything.
