Where do you get the last Ticket?

I did the hoipoi event,searched through the missions and I still cant find it. Can someone help?

So I want to get into VR. But Im between two options. Either, I will get a psvr2 or a Meta Quest 3. On the psvr2,I plan on playing GT7 and probably only GT7. On the Meta quest 3,games like roblox or overall some random games. Can you tell me which one I should be getting? Or help me decide? Thank you in advance.
