So perhaps you’ve seen FB reels where people have taken texts from family members or students and made them into an “Emo” song. I understand they use an AI service to do this. The problem I’m running into as that the results often sound really good to me but also NOT like any of the supposedly emo bands I have in my library.

So for anyone who has seen these reels, can you give me some example bands that these songs are meant to sound like?

I DJ school dances and the students want slow dance songs but they hate all the “old school” slow songs in my library. What are some slow songs by modern artists? Thank you!

Edited to add: The Playlist Playground thing on Apple Music just introduced me to MartinGarrix - Oceans (ft Kahlid) and I would love more like it.
