Modular wire spool holder with anti-retract

I seen a few similar design but non of them was suitable for me (most of them was too small, or lack of proper cable end holding),

So i made myself one, and added a few useful features that i missed from all the others:
opening lid for easy access, no need to disassamble just to replace a spool

  • spring loaded cable holder for anti-retract (3d printed)
  • the spring is separate piece and easily replaceable if it's broke or got loosen over time
  • 3mm wide hole for the cable, tested with AWG24 to AWG18 wires
  • only hardware is 2 x M3 bolt for the closing tag
  • around 25g and 1hour print time per holder

The non-printed spools are just a generic cheap silicon wire kit from aliexpress
