I have multiple BT headphones and speakers and constantly pairing them for whatever I'm doing.

I'm kinda old so maybe I missed the memo but is BT still primarily 1:1 pairing for audio?

Does a bluetooth "hub" exist either as an app or a physical thing.. is there any way to manage all my BT nonsense in a "smart" way vs manual pairing each time?

Totally first world problems, I know, but the technology has been around for over 25 years now.
