Has anyone successfully obtained a TN visa with a “Director, Software Engineering” role?

My understanding is that TN classifications are generally intended for non-managerial positions, and it may be difficult to qualify at the Director level—especially roles like Director/VP of Software Engineering that typically combine both technical leadership and management responsibilities. ty

Any tips on this ?
