Spousal Sponsorship - Criminal History
Does anyone have any idea how a past criminal history can affect the spousal sponsorship?
My spouse, who I am sponsoring from an outland application had a previous criminal history. He had a DV experience with his former partner back in 2019, they have since seperated and do not contact each other.
We did his criminal background check for the sponsorship and recently completed his biometrics, has anyone had a application refused due to these circumstances?
