A large took place at a rental property of mine, still awaiting Fire Report from the Marshal.
I know there are some key things that should be looked into, I’m just not sure how to spot those anomalies. I would appreciate any opinion.
I will share more details after some comments come in, I don’t want the facts to alter any visual clues.
As the case proceeds I’ll be sure to include the official reporting.

It’s been a stressful few days.
I’d like to add that a neighbor stated he heard and saw an explosion, glass blown out. From what I read, only a few things could cause windows to blow (extreme temp change) and typically some kind of accelerants would cause metal/appliance damage like this.
