**[HELP] **
**Specs:**
- CPU: Ryzen 5 8400F (AM5)
- Motherboard: ASRock B650M pg lightning wifi
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz 2x16GB
- GPU: Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB
- PSU: Attis 650R 80+ Bronze
- Cooler: Corsair iCUE Link Titan RX360
- Case: Corsair 4500X
**Background:**
This build was working perfectly before with a 6500xt gpu, stock cooler and a differentcase. I recently moved everything into a new case with a new CPU cooler and new GPU. Since then I'm getting CPU and DRAM red debug lights on the motherboard with no POST and no display output.
**What I've already tried:**
- Tested both RAM sticks individually in all 4 slots (A1, A2, B1, B2)
- Confirmed 4+4 pin CPU power cable is fully seated
- Confirmed 24-pin ATX is fully seated
- Removed GPU and tested with no GPU with a ryzen 7 7700
- Cleared CMOS three ways — battery removal, 2-pin jumper short, and rear IO button
- Checked AM5 socket pins — all look fine visually
- CPU is confirmed running — temperature rises from 24°C to 30°C on cooler display
- RAM slots look clean with no visible damage but saw a bit of dust and cleaned them.
- Same CPU and RAM worked on this exact board before
**Interesting observations:**
- CPU temperature is rising so CPU appears to be functioning
- DRAM light stays red even with NO RAM installed and also same while installed. Cant even go to bios anyhow
- Previously swapped in a Ryzen 7 7700 temporarily and it worked before but with new setup it's not working and tried with ryzen 7 7700.
- Cpu and Ram lights are on
- on my power supply there's no dedicated cpu cable. Using a 4+4 PCIe cable
**What could cause DRAM red light to stay on even with no RAM installed?**
Is this a dead motherboard? Bad memory controller?
BIOS issue? Any help appreciated, been at this for days!
