I've been using a cheap sleeping earbud and listening to podcasts greatly helped me fall asleep, so I'm considering upgrading to the Anker A30 or A20. The main problem with my current one is that it lasts for like 4h and has a low battery alarm that wakes me up. I get dizzy listening to the podcasts and after a few snoozes I developed the habit of taking them off, so it's been a while since I was woken by the alarm. But ideally I'd just drift away into my sleep.
So my question for A30/20 users is if the app can control external audio from Spotify. Like if it can turn off the podcast when it detects that I fall asleep. And also if there's any battery sound alarm. I'm ok with the buds turning off during the night as I rely on my smart band to wake up, just don't want it to wake me up.
