Why are Garmin and Nike Run Club stats very different? (Pace)
Newbie here. I did a guided run on the Nike Run Club app and simultaneously recorded a run on my Garmin Lily. Nike Run Club app shows a pace of 9'30/km while Garmin says it's 7'53/km! NRC is more believable since I am a noob slow runner, but why is it like this? Thanks for your patience. Btw I get easily confused with km and mi lol but NRC narrated the unit as km.
