Looking For Manhwa Recommendations For Non-Isekai/Game System Series.
Hey all, I’ve been in the shit for awhile (Working 14 hours a day as a Paralegal in the Marine Corps will do that to a mother fucker) and reading is my #1 relaxer, but lately it feels nearly impossible to find anything that holds my attention. I’ve just grown tired of how samey everything’s been feeling lately, especially with the only manhwa I’m finding being all Isekai, regressed, ranker, system, noble bullshit, so I reckon I’ve managed to skip over some more unique gems, and was really hoping someone could point me to some.
I tend to prefer manhwa but I love manga as well. As for genres, I’ll really read damn-near anything, with the exception of sports, horror, and police/detective series. I have to deal with those enough in my day job. My comfort series do tend to be romcom and action series, but I will genuinely read most anything. (Also for action, I prefer modern with an emphasis on firearms. Mercenary Enrollment, my beloved)
