Peeps, I happen to be searching for a Job for the last 15 months. However here in India, Product Mgt roles are not being considered if we apply on the careers page esp for the big engg orgs. My cv is strong, got it verified by the PM's from tht specific orgs, but only to see that a rejection email in my inbox after 48 to 72 hours of time. What is that I need to do differently to seek the players attentions. Even Referals are going in Vein... nothing is working out for me... and its totally driving me crazy.... Any hacks to get an audience with the bigger organizations??

dont tell me to tweek your cv and match the keywords, even that isnt working out..
