I am writing a slow burn reincarnation villian novel.

My first 25 chapters are complete.

My novel has little to no action for the first 90 chapters.

My hook for the beginning is character interactions and relationship dynamics and thick plot.

Action heavy is not my forte so i structured my novel to hold action for later

My question is what is needed for reader engagement for this type of book?
