I've got 2 appealing used car options near me. But they're very different so I'm having a hard time comparing.

- the civic has only 45k miles.

- the rav4 has only 86,500 miles.

- the civic had 2 accidents - both minor, was continued to be driven 6 years beyond those

- the rav4 has 1 owner, clean history and maintenance.

Civic is 12,500, rav4 is 13,500

2 questions -

Which is a better deal?

Which has better lifetime value? I imagine the cost of gas and maintenance might be lower on the civic, resale value higher on the rav4, any other things to think about? ​
