Hi all.

Just looking for some advice. Starting a job at QLD Health next week in ED.
Originally from NZ, worked a year in Australia.
Have been an RN for 9 years (although not in ED, but in other acute areas)

I have been started on Band 5, step 2.
My understanding of this is that it’s a step above a new grad? Does this sound right?

Can anyone offer some insight into this, would be much appreciated.
