As the title say, I'm looking for a good metal edc pen (preferably $30-$70 range) that has a cartridge that can be replaced for like a fineliner ink cartridge/tip (in case you couldn't tell, I'm a complete noob at this so this might be the dumbest question ever) thanks!!

Basically I was wandering this creek that nobody has really ever gone to (it's on a hill with cliffs kinda on each side) and found a stretch where it was red all throughout, and I cannot for the life of me figure out what on earth it is, I also was able to very lightly scratch it with a machete if that help. Thanks!!!
