Hi guys, just wanted to know if someone's WES( for ECA) got expired after 5 year, how can we renew it?

Hi guys, just wanted to know that if someone is not from healthcare background and now working as pharmacy assistant job in india to get eligible under CEC Healthcare category. And if he/she gets invitation under health category, Does the IRCC look for study relevance aspect to process that application or could they refuse it by finding a person don't have relevant health related study?

Note:- already have 2yr Canadian diploma(business related) and 3 yr Canadian work experience(not in health category) and now in india to gain foreign experience.
