I'm looking for some advice on how to strengthen my wrists when shooting. I went out this past weekend and shot my (new to me) .38 air weight and holy hell did it hurt. I also shot through a few mags of my (also new to me) P365 XL. After shooting these guns my wrist was hurts a lot.
Is just practicing more my only option or are there some exercises I can do?
