My account was hacked about a month and a week ago and I've been trying to get support from roblox "support" in which they reply to me with the same message every,single,time. Today I decided to try again and I received the same message ofcourse,i then responded expressing my dissatisfaction with their "support" and I got the same exact response I've been receiving without having any of the things i responded with discussed or even mentioned 😭

My account was pretty important to me since I've had it since I was a kid,but now I can't get it back because some random person decided to hack it,and guess what,the person that hacked it doesn't even use my account,last time they were online was like at the start of April,a week after it got hacked. I'm sure it's just gone forever but it's kinda lame that there wasent even an attempt to actually support, I was told to share receipts of 3rd party payment processors even though all my purchases were from the roblox website itself(which bascially makes my account recovery impossible)

I showed receipts from an app that sends me the reciepts of my credit card purchases but that isn't accepted, and appearntly sharing 3rd party payment processor reciepts is the ONLY one way to receive further help, Just sucks.
