I live in northern New England and left my suspend polyzone concentrate out in the garage over winter. I’m wondering if it would still be effective? Do I just need to use a higher concentration?

All of my professional experience is lab related (chemical industry and now biotech), and I finished up a CS degree a couple of years ago, but feel stuck in my pharma lab job. AI and the market in general has me completely demoralized and disillusioned so I hardly code and don’t really have a desire to be a swe anymore. I’ve been able to do a few small projects for my group (VBA and power apps) but haven’t been able to find something to move to internally. I’m interested in the manufactuing automation group, but it seems they want someone with more of an engineering background. I also applied to a data analyst position but couldn’t even get an interview in this market. My company will pay a lot for school, so I’m wondering if should try and get a masters or maybe do some type of industrial engineering associates program.

I’m 34 and doing boring ass lab work with 9 years of experience and two STEM degrees.. I just feel like I’m going to end up rotting here. My only path in my current group is lab management in several years but I don’t really want that.
