I will be going to a conference in a few weeks where I will need to write down a ton of notes. Unsurprisingly, my handwriting is terrible and my hand cramps almost immediately. I can't bring my laptop and I dont have a usable tablet. Does anyone have recommendations on a writing set-up (pen, notebook, etc)? Im open to using electronics but it would have to be cheap.

Im sure Im not alone of this sub having lower back pain from sleeping. Does anyone have recommendations for preventing this? For context, I also sleep on a ramp pillow for my GERD but I think I'd have this problem either way.
