Indian household and trying to eat enough protein is harder than working out 2.5 hours for 6 days a week.
I have been working out for almost 8 months now but it's so hard trying to eat enough protein in an Indian household who doesn't eat meat often. Are there any alternatives for protein that I can incorporate in our diet. (P.S I have tried the soya chunks and paneer and all that but I can't eat it anymore)
