Current enclosure

Just wanted to show y'all my current giant day gecko enclosure. It's still far from perfect but I'm getting there, and I already improved a lot. Will get rid of that fake plant right in the middle and I'll add a vine there. I've got 2 small pothos in the right bottom corner so there'll be more coverage there. Made the step to bioactive today and got the cleanup crew in the soil! Let me know what I should improve, change or add:)

Which isopods for a bioactive enclosure?

I want to add isopods and springtails to my substrate so it'll hopefully stay clean without me keeping it that way. I'm completely new to bioactive and don't know anything about any type of isopods so what would you recommend for starters? It's a tropical terrarium

I just saw about three of these tiny insects (?) in my enclosure. I don't know if they've been there for long, I've never seen them before. What could they be? I recently added a new plant and I'm scared it was infested with something so I'm kinda freaking out.

This is the temporary enclosure I have to keep my tortoise in because I had to separate it from another due to them stressing each other. I will build them a big enclosure that I will divide into two soon but for now he has to stay here. I know it's not optimal size wise so what can I do to give him some more enrichment to make up for the limited space a bit?

You can spot him in his "house" :)
