My son is an engineering student and struggled this semester and had to q drop some classes. He has decided to change majors and narrowed it down to 2 majors. He has already met with an advisor for one of the departments and they told him their decisions come out in mid July as to whether or not he is accepted. Well, if they say no, it's too late to try to change to option #2.

My question is when filling out the change of major form can you only pick one other major and hope for the best, or can you pick 2 alternates or just fill out the form twice to increase his chances of one of them accepting him for next fall? Thanks
