I am 26. Earning 1.25 LPM. Help me with my portfolio strategy and suggest the best allocation % as well.

Risk Appetite - Aggressive
Investment Horizon - 10-15 years
Investment Goal - Long term wealth creation

Plan - 25K in SIPs.

1. PP Flexi Cap - 30%
2. HDFC Mid Cap - 30%
3. Tata Small Cap - 20%
4. Sectoral/International - 20%

Suggestions I need -

1. Do the selected MFs and strategy makes sense?
   Or should I also include an Index Fund in my allocation? If yes - need suggestions.
2. For diversification & maintaining my liquid base, I am additionally planning to save 5k. Need help with the best way to maintain my short term/liquid base - FDs/Debt funds or any other suggestion.
