Help with balancing my build

Help with balancing my build

I just started gyming again (was never going often enough to really make any difference) and i want to take it seriously now to help my back.

But first i need to try balance my build. Its mainly around the entire shoulder and wing area, and idk how to really focus on building the balance with those muscles, ie. what excercise, do i use different weights on either side? Anything u think might help please say

My old swing used to hurt my left thumb a lot so i have been making some changes. Found this drill for making the left arm stop pulling so much which was the reason. Gotta remember to keep that left hand nice and loose

Unfortunately i had to use wide angle camera cause there wasnt much space so it looks a little weird
